Colten was great. Very customer service oriented and overall responsible and professional. I had trouble getting an expensive part for my lifecycle bike and when FedEx lost the order he stepped in to find me an alternative. He was always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend him.

Lawrence came on a few days notice to give my treadmill a tune-up after 10 or so years. Despite having a 20+ year old treadmill, Lawrence brought it up to speed (no pun intended) and reassured me that it was in good condition to run and climb - especially compared to more modern treadmills. I will definitely be calling him again for any treadmill needs and would recommend his services.

Lawrence came to diagnose a squeaking sound on my upright bike. He did a great job in taking it apart and diagnosing and fixing the problem. Would highly recommend him and not hesitate to hire him again if I encounter any issues with my equipment.

I would 100% recommend their service to anyone, Nino was extremely helpful and professional. The issue on my bike turned out to be way more complex then we anticipated, however he managed to find a way to fix it and only left when he was sure the bike was 100% operational. Amazing service! Lawrence was great in returning my phone call in the evening of the same day and even apologized for calling me late (9:00) which was not late at all-I was just happy he called me back considering all the lack of responses I received from others. We made an appointment within a few days for him to come and assess my 20 year old treadmill. He came on time, assessed the problem and gave me his honest opinion and recommended what was required (roller needed repairing which he took care of and a new belt was needed which he told me where to order from and i did). Roller and belt were fixed in about 2 weeks from when Lawrence came to assess (and that was because we had to wait for the belt to come from Quebec). My 20 year old treadmill is like new again thanks to Lawrence’s hard work and dedication and yes he’s very particular on doing it right. Highly recommend them for any gym equipment service required and fair prices as well.

Just had my treadmill repaired by this company. EXCELLENT experience! from Colten fielding my questions and arranging a service date (during non business hours too!...impressive!) to Hassan coming in fixing my treadmill in no time and being polite and courteous. Hats off to you guys!
